Where did you get the background photograph? And the textures you used on the pants and dress aren't quite... right... try drawing in your own textures, because it will give them more personality. Also, your characters need more structure... the girl's chest looks a bit wonky, you might want to make her boobs smaller and start them lower.

And the shading needs work. In some places it's good, but you need to make it consistant. Like on the girl's hand and wrist, the fireball should give off more light, so there wouldn't be a shadow so close to it on her wrist. A shadow is basically the absence of light. When you have light, there is no shadow, especially with a fireball.

Also, that long thing... is that her left arm? I don't know what it is really, because it is rather faint. You should try making the limbs more consistent as well. My suggestion would be to take a figure-drawing course or use some photos for reference. Read up on some tutorials on anatomy, perspective, and lighting. Those will help you make a better picture. You can even find those tutorials and lessons on google, so look them up!
